OUR STORY
Chemco Inc is a Canadian company headquartered in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, just outside historic Québec City. Over the years, Chemco Inc. has become a multidisciplinary leader in high-quality environmental and specialty products across numerous industries, with particular strength in aerospace.
Areas of Expertise:
- Water treatment (wastewater, drinking water, and industrial water) and sludge dewatering using physicochemical and biological processes
- Remediation of contaminated soils and groundwater
- Air-emissions and odor control
- Production and development of aircraft deicing fluids (Type I, Type IV, Add Pack)
- Formulation and supply of heat-transfer fluids based on glycols, methanol, and brines
- Mining and metallurgy (cyanide destruction; metals stabilization and removal; support for dredging operations; mineral purification, etc.)
- Industrial specialties (pulp and paper, drilling, chemicals and petrochemicals, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Whether through our Environmental division—where we develop and champion innovative, sustainable technologies for treating water, air, and soil—or our Aerospace division—which advances the recycling of aircraft deicing fluids with our ultra-concentrated Add Pack—we focus on reducing treatment costs and minimizing environmental footprint. These approaches also improve greenhouse-gas emissions performance compared with traditional methods.
